“A quiet place” – chillout visualisation meditation – Ripples Drifting Still Ocean Peace

This is a guided chill-out meditation to help me find a thought-free, light state of mind. To help escape the worries of world events and news stories. It’s something I find I need to practice, to give myself space to rest in-between the life things that come my way. To rest the mind, and quiet all thought, and become a drifting ripple on the ocean of consciousness. It’s a very pleasant place to be.

The direct path is love

The direct path is Love
No detours into knowledge and belief
As the crow flies I follow
Over valleys and hills to
An endless place called Home

With Universe in my pocket
Tucked inside my heart
And Mind, my twin companion
We journey inside the destination
To merge as The One

My mother Goddess, I awoke!
I heard you call me, whispering
Reminding me to feel again
And find myself as you, in You
But I do not know the way

Show me please
To see through this mirror of
Infinite reflection illusion
And hear only your soft call
And be One with You again

As Your heart beats
Gently breathing Us All
Into the warm belly of your Love
Light Unity and One eternal moment
Your Children are made whole again

Meditation for True Self. And freedom.

I release all my yesterdays.

Last weeks and last years.

All memory of pain and suffering.

And in this moment.

The eternal now moment.

I keep only that which is true.

The pure self.

I forgive all.

I was sleeping.

I am awake now.

I release and ask.

Grace please come in.

Cleanse me.

I acknowledge and love.

The β€˜I’ of this moment just passed.

I let her fly free.

Healed and whole.


I let go.

And welcome her back.

Into my loving arms.

I love you.

You are whole.

You are free.

Be free.

I love.

I am love.

I am within love.

Love is now.

All is love.

And light.


Meditation for True Self. And freedom.

Look inward and make this prayer personal. Modify and repeat. Embrace and release all emotion that arises. Let it all go. Until you experience the inner freedom of being nothing/everything.

Unity Meditation: Look β€˜outward’ and replace with We, Our, and Us or whatever makes sense.
